The Best Time to Visit Volcanoes National Park is during the dry season, which lasts from June to September and December to February. These months offer the best trekking conditions, as the trails are less muddy, and wildlife viewing is optimal. The wet season, from March to May and October to November, brings lush greenery to the park but can make trekking more challenging due to muddy trails. However, the wet season is still a great time for birdwatching and enjoying the park’s rich plant life.
