Day 0 : Arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport, a La Pisada Africa Safaris representative will greet you and transfer you to your hotel in Arusha City. You will receive a briefing covering the safari itinerary, accommodations, and the confirmed pick-up time for the next day's adventure.

Distance: 400km | Time: 6 – 3 hrs
After breakfast, depart for Serengeti National Park, travelling through the picturesque farmland of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
As you descend from the highlands, the vast Serengeti plains unfold, stretching endlessly to the horizon.
Upon arrival, head to the Seronera region, a prime wildlife habitat nourished by the Seronera River, which attracts a variety of animals year-round. Arrive in time for lunch and spend the afternoon exploring the park on a thrilling game drive.

Rise early to catch the breathtaking Serengeti sunrise, a prime time for wildlife activity. Spend the day on an exciting game drive, tracking animals across the vast plains until the late afternoon. After an eventful day, drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area for the night.

Simba CampsiteDay 3: Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha
After an early breakfast, depart for Ngorongoro Crater, a spectacular volcanic caldera over 600 meters deep. The Ngorongoro Conservation Area is home to a wide range of wildlife, including wildebeest, zebras, buffalo, eland, warthogs, hippos, and large elephants. The crater also hosts a high density of predators, such as lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs, and elusive leopards, often requiring a trained eye to spot.
Visit Lake Magadi, a shallow alkaline lake in the southwest, attracting large numbers of flamingos, hippos, and various water birds. After exploring, drive back to Arusha, marking the end of your three-day Serengeti safari.
