Depart from Moshi for a scenic drive to Lake Manyara National Park. Upon arrival, enjoy a picnic lunch before setting out on a late afternoon game drive, the best time to observe wildlife.

Approaching from the east, the Rift Valley escarpment forms a dramatic backdrop to the lake. In the groundwater forest, monkeys leap through the trees, while elephants find shade along the escarpment. Other frequently seen animals include zebras, impalas, giraffes, buffalos, and hippos.

After breakfast, drive to Lake Eyasi for an authentic cultural experience with the Hadzabe bushmen. They welcome visitors to see their simple homes, which are either caves or tree canopies used as shelter.

The Hadzabe live entirely off the land, relying on hunting and gathering. You will have a special opportunity to walk with them, learn traditional hunting techniques or gather honey and insects from the bush.

After breakfast, drive to Serengeti National Park, passing through Olduvai Gorge. Spend some time exploring this archaeological site in the eastern Serengeti plains, where early human fossils were discovered. The rugged landscape was shaped by the same tectonic forces that formed the Great Rift Valley millions of years ago.

Continue with a game drive en route to the camp, enjoying sightings of wildlife along the way.

After breakfast, set off for a full-day game drive in the Serengeti’s remote wilderness. With a picnic lunch by your side, take your time exploring this UNESCO World Heritage Site, home to the largest concentration of plains game in the world.

As the day ends, return to the camp for rest, dinner, and an overnight stay.

After breakfast, drive to Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive inside this wildlife-rich natural wonder. This is the best place in Tanzania to see black rhinos and lion pride, including the majestic black-maned males.

The crater is also home to colourful flamingos and a variety of water birds. Other wildlife includes leopards, cheetahs, hyenas, antelope species, and small mammals.

In the late afternoon, transfer to the camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Start the day with a game drive in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, exploring its diverse landscapes and abundant wildlife. For a cultural experience, you may choose an optional visit to a Maasai village, where you can learn about their traditional lifestyle and customs.

In the late afternoon, drive to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast, take a two-hour drive to Tarangire National Park, known for its diverse landscapes and seasonal wildlife movement. During the dry season, many migratory animals return to the Tarangire River, making it a prime spot for game viewing.

Expect to see large herds of wildebeest, zebras, elephants, elands, and oryx gathered near the water source. As the rains approach, these animals migrate to new grazing areas.

In the late afternoon, transfer to the airport or return to Springlands Hotel for an overnight stay.
