Day 01 :

Johannesburg – Shalati Train on the Bridge (Fly-In)

Depart from Johannesburg OR Tambo Airport at midday for a 50-minute flight to Skukuza Airport, situated in the heart of Kruger National Park. The flight takes you over the vast Highveld, down the escarpment, and into the scenic Lowveld region.

Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to your luxury train carriage suite. Take time to freshen up, enjoy a light lunch, and relax before heading out on your first afternoon game drive in an open safari vehicle.

Return to the lodge for a delicious dinner under the stars.

Day 2 & 3 :

Shalati Train on the Bridge

Start your day with an early wake-up call and a hot beverage with rusks before setting off on a three-hour game drive as the sun rises over the wilderness.

After returning to the lodge, enjoy a leisurely brunch and spend the rest of the day relaxing by the pool or unwinding in your suite.

In the afternoon, set out on another guided game drive at 16:00, exploring the reserve’s diverse wildlife. Return to the lodge in time for a magical dinner under the stars.

Day 4 :

Shalati Train on the Bridge – Johannesburg

Wake up early for a hot beverage and rusk before heading out on your final morning game drive. Enjoy the last views of the African wilderness as the sun rises over Kruger National Park.

Return to the lodge for a hearty breakfast, then transfer to Skukuza Airport mid-morning for your departure flight back to Johannesburg OR Tambo Airport.
